Untold Stories

My Background

I am an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist with a PhD and over 15 years of international experience in leadership development, Agile transformation, human behavior analysis, and psychological safety strategy across high-stakes sectors—including aerospace, defense, and humanitarian organizations.

My academic journey has always been grounded in real-world application. From leading large-scale Agile implementations to designing psychologically safe ecosystems within engineering teams, my work bridges the gap between empirical research and practical, measurable change.

I have trained and coached over 500 professionals—engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams—in Agile frameworks, soft skills, and human-centered leadership. My expertise lies not just in facilitating change, but in enabling people to thrive within it.

Core Values:

  • Evidence-Based Practice: Every framework, recommendation, and transformation plan I offer is rooted in science, adapted with cultural intelligence, and customized to the unique context of each organization.

  • Empathy-Driven Leadership: I approach organizational challenges through a human lens—prioritizing dignity, trust, and psychological safety.

  • Clarity & Simplicity: In complex systems, I help leaders distill the noise and focus on what matters most—mission, mindset, and measurable outcomes.

What Sets Me Apart:
I integrate the rigor of psychology with the agility of modern business frameworks. Whether collaborating with international development agencies, working with engineers in space programs, or advising executive leaders, I bring a unique lens that combines data, empathy, and strategic foresight.
